Just wanted to say that I contacted technical about changing the funky friends email from POP3 to SMTP. Your technical team have been impressively swift and efficient in their response. Our sales contact has always been extremely helpful and efficient.
We do complain to companies when we feel we have received poor service (BT springs to mind!) and we feel it equally important to say thank you to companies who deliver good service. Please pass this feedback to your colleagues. Best Regards

Our service agreement - that has survived for more than two years we have been with Server World - does not have any resemblance to the actual relationship between us. Server World is supposed to have been the simple host ISP for the site. Instead, you have been a constant technical reference, innovator and cornerstone for the internet side of our organisation. Your team has brought more ideas and solutions to our table than we have brought our problems to yours. An imbalance that should always exist:-)
I seem to specialise in last minute calls to Server World asking for complicated technical assistance far outside the scope of our agreement and have always had prompt and accurate assistance - often with extras that I never imagined. You have handled massive (over 400,000 entries) petitions, provided code for elaborate visual aids, and endured all my calls (and there have been many) with a sense that you have enjoyed the procession of projects and even the short deadlines. It has been excellent service. Every finished project has exceeded the initial plans.
And when I have made a mess of it all, Server World staff have managed to extract me from my own idiocies. The added bonus is the professional standard and sense of humour they bring to my blunders. If I only had to rely on you for the specific role I had first imagined, we would not have had the developments that we take for granted today.

You caught me at a bad time today when you called therefore I had to be brief. Having said that, I would like to say thanks for the time and effort you have put in to transfer us across to our new server.
